About our postcard printing, we provide solutions for both one and two sides, in bulk numbers ranging from 100 to 100,000, and in a variety of sizes, from 2.5 x 2.5 to 11 x 17 and bigger.
Choosing The Right Postcard Size
The aim of the postcard, the intended audience, and the particular marketing or communication goals are some of the variables that might affect how effective a postcard is.
Standard 4x6 Postcards: This is the most typical size for a postcard. It is affordable, simple to produce, and useful for mailing. Postcards with standard dimensions are good for offering promotions or sending brief messages. These may be distributed widely and are useful for general marketing initiatives.
Postcards measuring 5x7 or 6x9, offer additional room for text and images. They make it possible to include bigger photos, striking graphics, or more extensive information. Large-format postcards work well for presenting portfolios, emphasizing product benefits, or conveying longer messages. They may cost a little bit more to print and mail, but they tend to stand out more.
Large Postcards size 6x11 inches or more: Even more room for imagination and knowledge is provided by these postcards. They are more likely to draw notice and leave an impact due to their bigger size. Postcards that are large in size are useful for displaying goods, making powerful graphics, or sending out specific messages. But printing and mailing them can be more expensive.
What is the most popular postcard size?
Postcard Thickness
Our postcards are made on thick card paper, either 14 or 16 points, and are of excellent quality. Compared to other postcards you may receive in the mail, which range in size from 10 to 12 points, these feel better and more substantial.
4 Different Finishes or Coating Options
- AQ (i.e. Aqueous) is the most popular postcard finish. It provides a pleasant, dependable touch similar to the glossy magazine feel. It's considered to be the most common semi-gloss finish used in direct mail pieces.
- UV (i.e. UltraViolet) is a very glossy coating. It works well for printing really vibrant images and provides the postcard a stunning appearance. UV, however, offers a high sheen that is unsuitable for pen writing. We can provide "UV Gloss on Front Only" if the design intends to let users write on one side only. Conversely, we provide a treatment called "UV Gloss on Both Sides". Everything relies on what you choose to preserve.
- A matte coating is the third choice. This coating is softer and gives off a satin-like sheen. Because of its exceptional quality, some people mistakenly believe that Matte means no coating at all.
- No coating is simply called 'Uncoated'.
Waterproof postcards are also available for purchase. These provide more versatility and permanence for your words, artwork, or recollections, and are helpful in circumstances where standard paper postcards can be susceptible to water damage.

Absolutely! We take whatever you have; pictures, a logo, an old design, or nothing at all, and combine it with the text you want! We can also supply pictures based on your requests. After we have completed your design you will be sent a proof by email for your approval or necessary revisions.You may also design your business cards for FREE using our interactive online designer with over 25,000 FREE templates!

Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

Does the turnaround include the shipping time?
No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping is an extra one day to most places in Ontario and Quebec. Shipping outside of Ontario and Quebec varies between 2-5 business days. We ship all orders with UPS standard. UPS Express is available for extra charge, please inquire.

We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts?

Are There Any Setup Fees?
No. The prices on our web site are complete, and there are no hidden charges based on print-ready artwork supplied.

May I split my order?
No, You can not split an order. If you order 1000 business cards you can not print 2 x 500 using 2 designs of separate names. Each quantity is per 1 design only.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE. Please use promo code "shipping" at the shopping cart (You need to create an account first in order for the promo code to apply). Free shipping does not apply to NT, Yukon and Nunavut.

How soon can I expect my order?
Please note the individual turnaround times for various products. Most orders are shipped standard with next day delivery however longer delivery times may apply based on the destination. For delivery time frame in your area please contact our shipping department at shipping@zoomprinting.ca . Maximum time frame for delivery is 2-4 business days to rural areas.

Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print?
No, it takes only a few minutes to design and place a printing order. Moreover, it is possible to design and place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 25,000 business cards templates in 70 different categories for free.

Do you store any information about me?
Yes, some. We keep your name, email address, and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future. We don't store your credit card details
